Located on Dún Laoghaire’s waterfront, West Pier Business Campus offers modern, energy-efficient office accommodation designed to the highest sustainability standards.  RPS Consulting Engineers were appointed to examine the sustainability of the campus, calculate its carbon footprint and identify pathways to lower carbon.

Working with Scott Tallon Walker Architects, RPS Consulting Engineers, and NGS Mechanical, Keane Environmental supplied Diffusion fan coil units throughout the development. These were selected for their exceptionally low specific fan powers (SFPs), contributing to reduced energy consumption and improved indoor comfort.

Each unit was supplied complete with Pettinaroli pre-assembled Pressure Independent Control Valves (PICVs), ensuring precise flow control, simplified installation, and ease of commissioning.

The combination of high performance, reliability, and ease of integration made Diffusion’s fan coils the ideal solution for this high-spec commercial project.
