Structure Tone Ireland, DMG Engineering and Axis Engineering designed and implemented the project to maintain the existing concrete building shell and repurpos the three-story atrium to reduce the embodied carbon of the project. In just 24 weeks, 49,000sf of carpet, tiling, wooden flooring, and existing MEP were stripped out and replaced.

Circular GDS fixed swirl diffusers by Gilberts of Blackpool were specified throughout the fit out. Chosen for their cost-effective efficiency, the circular grilles work efficiently without the need for additional coanda plates.

The GD series was introduced to provide a wider range of architectural and design style swirl options which combine appealing aesthetics with cost effective design. Primarily the range offers the choice of either a square or circular face plate design with a choice of two different radial blade pattern configurations. Each configuration provides a high performance swirl air distribution effect which allows them to deliver high volumes of air into the conditioned space taking advantage of its rapid entrainment and mixing capabilities.
