Design for Open Ceilings

The Ultra Allround has a round design and is available either fully or partially clad. For a striking appearance, the unit is fully clad. Anyone who prefers a subtle industrial look chooses the Ultra Allround with partial cladding, which integrates into modern black ceiling systems. The steel housing is powder-coated in both variants, thus enabling individual color design according to your wishes.

Model sizes

The Ultra Allround is available in two sizes with different performance classes.

Heating/Cooling Function

The unit is mounted on the ceiling. During heating , the air can be directed up to 7 m downward; during cooling, up to 5 m sideways.

High Ceilings

In heating mode, the Ultra Allround achieves an effective vertical penetration depth of up to seven meters. In cooling mode, the air is distributed sideways in all directions with a throw of up to five meters.

Technical Features

Motorised adjustment of the air outlet

  • Air discharge direction is set via the Control technology
  • Vertical in the heating case, horizontal in the cooling case
  • Effortless switching over between heating and cooling mode.

Heating and cooling in low-temperatures and heat pump operation

  • For large rooms with extensive floor areas, the Ultra Allround is ideal for heating low with temperature
  • By additionally using a heat pump, you create a future-proof system with optimal energy efficiency and a simple solution for both: removing heating or cooling loads
  • This meats the growing demand for building cooling in exclusive large spaces. 

Energy - efficient EC fan

  • The infinitely variable EC motor of the fan used in the Ultra Allround Unit Heaters operates with particularaly high energy efficiency and is extremely quiet
  • This means the radial fan delivers exactly the output required, without a single watt too much and not a decibel more than necessary
  • The fan complies with the ErP requirements.

Integrated full motor protection

  • The Ultra Allround Unit Heaters come as standard with a motor protection guard as well as integrated motor monitoring, which switches off the motor in the event of overload, depending on the control of either individual units or an entire group
  • The motor fault can be evaluated externally. 

With primary air supply

  • The supply of primary air in conjunction with a central ventilation system is possible via an option supply air connection that can be connected to a round pipe.

KaControl MC

With the integrated KaControl MC control, the Ultra Allround offers bidirectional communication for up to 10 units within one group/room via CAN bus. With KaControl MC, the unit can be easily integrated into common building management systems such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, BACnet/IP and KNX-TP. 

Electromechanical control

This variant is ideal for simple applications. All integrated actuators are factory-wired to a terminal and can be connected to our electromechanical accessories such as thermostats or external controllers.

Life cycle assessment data (EPD)

We assess the environmental impact of our products across their entire life cycle („cradle to cradle“) and publish the results transparently in our Environmental Product Declarations (EPD). These EPDs can be easily integrated into leading building certification systems such as DGNB, BREEAM or LEED and are available in the download section.
